Meeting Facilities

NMC has four conference rooms available for use. Three are in the Los Alamos Research Park building at 4200 W. Jemez Road, and one is at our laboratory facility at 100 Entrada Drive. Use of these meeting rooms is free to partner institutions (UNM, NMT, NMSU, LANL). We request a donation of $20 per hour from other users. Kitchen facilities, video conferencing and phone service are available at all locations.

Suite 200 Room #26 (Camelina) Capacity: 19 (Located at LA Research Park)
Suite 301 Room #32 (Cassava) Capacity: 15 (Located at LA Research Park)
Room #168 Capacity 30 (Located at NMC Biolab)
 

Scheduling

Contact NMC reception (505-412-4200) for day-use of NMC conference rooms and offices. Office Hours are Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
 

Rental Policy

The NMC meeting rooms may not be used for activities that are threat to public health and safety or activities that exhibit noisy or disrupting behavior that disturbs daily operations at the NMC. The NMC accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Renter is responsible for any damage to facility, furnishings, and property. The rental group shall comply with all applicable city, county, state, and Federal laws and any specific use regulations.
