Meeting Facilities

NMC has three conference rooms available for use in the Los Alamos Research Park building at 4200 W. Jemez Road.  In addition, NMC has a conference room at our laboratory facility at 100 Entrada Drive.  Use of these meeting rooms is free to partner institutions (UNM, NMT, NMSU, LANL). We request a donation of $20 per hour from other users.

Contact NMC reception (505-412-4200) for day-use of NMC conference rooms and offices. Office Hours are Mon-Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Rental Policy

The NMC meeting rooms may not be used for activities that are threat to public health and safety or activities that exhibit noisy or disrupting behavior that disturbs daily operations at the NMC. The NMC accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Renter is responsible for any damage to facility, furnishings, and property. The rental group shall comply with all applicable city, county, state, and Federal laws and any specific use regulations.
